Step out of the everyday and begin your weekend with intention.
Creative Wellbeing is a new ten-week programme at The Art Club, bringing together guided art-making, gentle reflection and a calm, welcoming studio environment.
Led by experienced artists and qualified art therapists, each Friday evening introduces a different creative focus through activities including botanical drawing, expressive drawing and painting excercies, creative journalling and chinese brush pen calligraphy . Designed for all abilities, the emphasis is on creativity, exploration and the enjoyment of making.

What to expect
Each Friday evening begins with a gentle grounding activity before introducing the week's creative focus.
Participants are guided through each session with demonstrations and individual support, allowing everyone to work at their own pace. Time for quiet reflection is woven naturally into the evening, creating space to pause, notice and enjoy the creative process.
The emphasis is on creativity, curiosity and exploration rather than producing a finished piece. Suitable for all abilities, Creative Wellbeing is informed by the knowledge and experience of qualified art therapists, but it is not an art therapy service. It is a creative wellbeing programme that uses art-making to encourage creativity, reflection and wellbeing.
